Hatori Nori, by local sushi chef Arthur Stacks, is set to open in April 2026 at L&L Market in The Nations. This new spot will be Nashville’s first handroll bar. Guests can expect a 40-seat bar, serving hand-rolled sushi, sake, wine, and beer.
