Virago, one of Nashville’s most popular sushi and Japanese cuisine destinations since 2000, rolled out a new fall menu to make selections better and easier on the non-sushi side. The reimagined menu now has sections for garden, land, and sea, allowing guests to easily select items that suit their dietary and palate preferences. Many of the options are brand new additions, including the Szechuan cauliflower, Korean BBQ lettuce wrap, rainbow poke tostados, and dim sum flight. Nashville Guru got a chance to try the fresh offerings. Here’s a look at some of the items. The cauliflower is a must-try.
