Turnip Green Festival, the 28th annual celebration of Southern greens, is Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. Smiley’s serves braised greens from a giant cast iron cauldron alongside catfish and cornbread plates, and the market’s vendors offer Thanksgiving-themed specials. The day also includes food trucks, fall produce, a kids’ zone, and live funk and soul from the Nashville All Stars Band. Admission and parking are free.
