Tour de José Tasting Experience, a progressive dinner through three José Andrés Group restaurants, runs Sunday through Thursday evenings through Thursday, December 31, 2026, at W Nashville. Over about three and a half hours, guests start at Bar Mar, move on to Zaytinya, and finish on the Butterfly rooftop, with a drink and a taste of each kitchen at every stop. Seatings begin at 5:00pm, 5:30pm, and 6:00pm. Tickets are $170 per person plus taxes and fees, gratuity is not included, and no hotel stay is required.

The Three Stops:

• Bar Mar – Ease in with a cocktail or glass of wine and a selection from the snacks and starters menu. Look for Lobster Croquetas with saffron aioli, Neptune’s Pillows with spicy tuna and fresh wasabi, and Fried Puntillas, crispy baby squid with aioli negro.
• Zaytinya – Continue with a signature cocktail or glass of wine and either two mezze with a spread or one large plate. Spreads include Hommus with harissa chili crisp and fire-roasted Baba Ghannouge, mezze run from Octopus Santorini to the Lamb Baharat kebab, and large plates include Steak Mishwi and a whole Mediterranean sea bass.
• Butterfly – Wrap up above the Gulch with churros and a specialty cocktail, such as the Salt Air Margarita, the Lychee y Soda, the Platano Old Fashioned, or the Melon Cloud.
