3S Yoga will open on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in East Nashville. The name “3S” stands for strength, sweat, and stretch, reflecting the studio’s balance of movement styles and class offerings. Students can expect everything from restorative yoga, yin, and meditation classes to creative, heat-building, athletic vinyasa flows. The studio will also feature its signature “3S” class, a yoga-inspired workout blending strength, cardio, and mobility into a dynamic fitness experience.

To celebrate its opening, 3S Yoga will host several days of free yoga classes from Thursday through Sunday, May 28-31, 2026. There will also be an open house on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:00pm.
