Run for those who can’t during the Wings for Life World Run, on Sunday, May 10, 2026, starting at 6:00am at GEODIS Park in Nashville. 100% of entry fees and donations go directly to spinal cord research, so every step supports a meaningful cause. Instead of running toward a finish line, participants race to stay ahead of the Virtual Catcher Car, which gradually speeds up until it passes you.

Runners and wheelchair participants across the globe all start at the exact same time, and in the United States, locals can join in right here in Nashville. Grab your crew, download the Wings for Life World Run App, and hit the pavement together.

The race kicks off promptly at 6:00am, with the Virtual Catcher Car launching 30 minutes later at 8.7mph and accelerating steadily. Whether you last a few miles or go the distance, the goal is simple: keep moving as long as you can.
