Edley’s Tacos, the newest concept from the team behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que, is opening in May 2026 in the Melrose neighborhood. The first Edley’s Tacos location opened in the Sylvan Park neighborhood on April 13, 2026.

Expect a fast-casual ordering experience similar to Edley’s Bar-B-Que. Choose a protein, pick your taco style, add guac or queso, and then load-up at the self-serve salsa bar. You can make any taco a burrito, bowl, salad, or quesadilla, too. End your meal with Churros or a Caramel Apple Empanada.

On the beverage side, there are margs, draft beer, canned beer, High Noon, and Berry Sangria. Need another round of drinks? Scan the QR code to order more to your table.

Kids can order from the Lil’ Homies menu with Cheese Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders, and a Kids Taco, all served with fries.
