Middleman is a Whiskey-centric cocktail bar set to open in Wedgewood-Houston in 2026. This new concept is from Boka Restaurant Group and will connect Boka’s forthcoming restaurants, Momotaro and Alla Vita, on the ground floor of AJ Capital Partners’ Wedgewood Village project. Specific opening dates and details have yet to be released.
