The Interior
Spanning more than 12,000 square feet, the new Level sanctuary is designed to support every dimension of health and self-care. The space features a multidisciplinary team of medical and wellness experts offering services such as integrative medicine, personalized nutrition, personal training, chiropractic care, red light therapy, IV drips, mental health support, and advanced aesthetics including Botox and facials. There are a multitude of rooms and spaces, including a lounge area, personal training gym, yoga and pilates studio, private massage rooms, and more.
At the core of the experience is Levelology, Level’s proprietary, science-driven assessment method that creates customized wellness plans across mind, body, beauty, nutrition, and community to deliver a truly comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

The Exterior
Level is located just south of Nashville in the Cool Springs area of Franklin at 512 Autumn Springs Court. There is plenty of free, onsite parking.
