Champagne and Caviar Masquerade, a masked evening of bubbles and caviar bites, is Friday, October 30, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm at Blue Aster. Champagne from GH Mumm, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, and Laurent-Perrier flows all night alongside five caviar bites and live music. Guests are asked to come dressed in their best masquerade attire. Tickets are $130 per person, and reservations are limited.

• King Crab Tartlet – brown butter mayo, lemon, and Siberian sturgeon caviar
• Bluefin Tuna – heirloom squash, hoja santa, and Golden Osetra caviar
• Hudson Valley Foie Gras – black currants and Classic Osetra caviar
• Live Sea Scallop – beurre blanc and Platinum Osetra caviar
• Royal with Cheese – A5 wagyu, black truffle mayo, and Beluga caviar
