Parlour Bar, located in the lobby of Dream Nashville in the Downtown neighborhood, officially unveiled its refreshed look on Saturday, September 13, 2025. This boutique martini lounge now features a New York-inspired vibe, with inventive takes on the classic martini. Along with a specialty cocktail list, guests can order from the expansive curated menu of bar bites and small plates. Valet parking is recommended. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Parlour Bar accommodates up to 45 guests, offering both bar and lounge seating, to create a cozy yet chic martini bar experience. The interior features rich jewel tones, with emerald velvet curtains framing the entrance, and vibrant, Southern-inspired artwork that adds pops of color throughout. In the coming months, the space will transform on select nights to host burlesque performances.

The Menu

In addition to the classic Dirty Martini, Parlour Bar’s beverage menu features a variety of specialty cocktails, including The Hot & Dirty (reposado tequila, dry vermouth, pickled serrano), the Midori Sour (gin, midori, lemon, simple), and the Pornstar Martini (vanilla vodka, passion fruit, lime, bubbles). Non-alcoholic martinis and cocktails will also be available for those who prefer a spirit-free option. The curated food menu offers delectable small plates and cheeky bar snacks, with highlights such as Prosciutto & Chips (a plate of delicious chips layered with prosciutto), the Teenie Weenie Tower (tiny hot dogs served with a bucket of frosted High Life ponies), and the Dauphinoise (layered potatoes with parmigiano and truffle aioli). When it’s time to close out, all checks are presented alongside a nostalgic bowl of pick ’n’ mix candies.
