Sushi by Scratch, a Michelin-acclaimed omakase concept, is set to open in late 2025 in Nashville’s Downtown neighborhood. The restaurant will be situated at The Arcade. This dining experience features a $185 tasting menu and serves 10 customers at a time. Sushi by Scratch currently has 12 locations.
