Culaccino, a local authentic Italian eatery with one other location in Franklin, officially opened a second location at Nashville Yards in the fall of 2025. The restaurant is located at the corner of Commerce and 9th Avenue North on the ground floor of The Emory residential tower.

For parking, the restaurant host stand offers a QR code which provides a two-hour validation in the East Garage. The entrance addresses are 130 10th Avenue N (takes you to P3 to self-park) and 170 10th Avenue N (valet entrance).
