pH Craft Cocktails officially opened on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, in Wedgewood-Houston. The cocktail-centric restaurant is owned by Wedgewood-Houston resident and first-time restauranteur Marcus Capehart. pH Craft Cocktails incorporates balance to create an elevated, yet comfortable atmosphere for their guests. Nashville Guru stopped by to take a look inside.


The Interior

The restaurant’s spacious floor plan can accommodate up to 75 guests. The modern interior features a “U” shaped bar, velvet couches and chairs, gold lighting fixtures, and high-tops.


The Exterior


pH Craft Cocktails is situated in a multi-use building called The Finery. In addition to street parking, there is a free parking lot across from the building.


The Menu

The cocktails are made with the finest ingredients including homemade bitters and syrups, quality spirits, and fresh-squeezed juices. Make sure to try their signature cocktail “The Good Neighbor,” which features gin from Corsair Distillery. The food menu features small plates made with local, seasonal ingredients. New additions are added frequently to the menus, therefore, you can experience something different each visit. Beer and some wine will also be on tap.
