Penny Sunday is every Sunday at Woolworth on 5th. When guests order an ice cream sundae or one of their banana splits, they will select a ballon to pop which will reveal a special prize. The discounts vary from 10%-25% off and some lucky ice cream lovers may even get the 1¢ balloon.
