A Look Inside: Stateside Kitchen

April 29, 2019 | Advertising Disclosure | Our Partners may be mentioned in this article.

Stateside Kitchen at the new Dream Hotel in downtown Nashville has a stunning interior, including a glass atrium over the bar area designed by Meyer Davis Studio. The flavorful dishes by executive chef Michael Kopfman and his team range from deviled eggs to pressed sushi to center-cut filet. Saturday brunch just launched on April 27, 2019, too, which runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm every Saturday. Nashville Guru stopped by for a bite and a look inside.

The Interior

Stateside Kitchen has a beautifully-tiled, black-and-white floor, a glass atrium, an expansive bar, booth seating, and greenery throughout the space. Sit at one of the steady barstools for a cocktail or get cozy in one of the back booths for a full-fledged meal.

The Exterior

Look for the Stateside Kitchen sign on 4th Avenue North and Dream Hotel’s signature marquee lights. Enter through the main hotel doors and walk towards the back to see the host.

The Menu

Stateside Kitchen’s menu has a wide variety of options including sushi, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Standout items include deviled eggs, focaccia and olives, warm beet salad, pressed sushi, and The Chop, a 22-ounce Kurobuta bone-in pork chop. End your meal with the house-made ice cream trio.

Saturday brunch menu items include selections like the Utopia Omelette, griddled crepes, steak and eggs, and brunch libations ranging from the Stateside Bloody Mary to It’s 420 Somewhere (CBD-infused La Colombe cold brew, vanilla, Amaro Nocino, chocolate oat milk).
