Bourbon Steak Nashville, the first Nashville project by Michelin-starred and celebrity chef Michael Mina, is located on the 34th floor of the JW Marriott Nashville. The American steakhouse is one of the highest restaurants in Nashville, offering 360-degree views of downtown in an elegant setting. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Main Dining Room

Bourbon Steak’s inviting interior, designed by the renowned Tihany Design, draws inspiration from the style of 50s-era clubhouses. The 280-seat dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, circular chandeliers, comfortable banquettes, and a bourbon-inspired color palette.

Bourbon Sky Bar & Lounge

Make your way to the back to experience Bourbon Sky, the 40-seat bar and lounge area. There’s a circular bar and a terrace overlooking the city. If the weather is nice, the terrace windows open for a truly unique open-air setting.

The Menu

The meat-centric menu focuses on organic, hormone-free beef, lamb, and pork in addition to a variety of fish and shellfish. Appetizers, salads, and sides round out the food offerings. On the beverage side, bourbon, whiskey, and wine are the headliners, but there’s also a nice selection of other spirits and beer. See the menus.
