TailGate Brewery, one of Nashville’s most successful brewing companies, has a new facility and taproom in East Nashville. This is the third outpost for the brand, which has two other locations on Demonbreun and Charlotte Pike. The east side taproom is located at 811 Gallatin Avenue beside Nashville Biscuit House. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

TailGate Brewery East is in a fresh building with high ceilings and concrete floors. A funky mural featuring the Nashville skyline, huge hops, and TailGate’s iconic truck fill the main wall. There are numerous four-top tables, long community tables, a bar, and window seating.

The Exterior

TailGate Brewery East is located in a revitalized building right along Gallatin. Look for the light-colored building and the TailGate logo. There’s street parking and a lot at the corner of Gallatin Avenue and Petway Avenue for TailGate guests. Don’t park behind the brewery—it’s strictly for Nashville Biscuit House patrons.

The Menu

TailGate is a full-service taproom with 24 beers and ciders on draft as well as canned beers and growlers to go. The food menu has tasty gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and desserts. See the menu.
