Violins of Hope

Violins of Hope is a collection of restored instruments that were played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. A partnership between the Nashville Symphony, the Jewish Federation of Nashville, and dozens of other local organizations, the exhibit will be open daily at the Nashville Public Library from Monday, March 26, to Monday, April 9, 2018, and Sunday, April 15, through Sunday, May 27, 2018. Violins of Hope is free and includes violins, historical displays, and a re-creation of the violin maker’s workshop. Tour guides will be available as follows:

  • Monday through Friday: 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • Sunday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
