White Bison Coffee, a new coffee shop and eatery, officially opened in The Nations neighborhood on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. This is the first location for the White Bison brand, with several more opening soon in Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Gallatin. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside the polished space.

The Interior

White Bison has a lower level and a loft area. The lower level features an open floor plan, a variety of seating options, and abundant natural light. Upon entry, guests can write their answers to questions like “What fills your cup?” on the bison blackboard. Power strips are located throughout the space so it’s easy to plug in and stay a while. Head up to the loft for cozy seating and more intimate conversation.

The Exterior

It’s easy to find White Bison in The Nations, especially with its close proximity to the 15-story silo featuring an eye-catching mural of Lee Estes. The covered patio has several four-top tables and fans overhead for Nashville’s warmer weather days.

The Menu

White Bison has a wide-variety of coffee options, including hot brew, pour-over, nitro, cold brew, espresso, and blended specialities. The drink menu also includes an assortment of teas and other beverages.

The food menu includes all-day breakfast, lunch and pastry options. Items range from grab-and-go salads to fruit yogurt parfaits to fresh-baked pastries.
