East Nashville is getting a new island lounge called Pearl Diver. Pearl Diver is a concept from a seasoned hospitality team, including Ben Clemons, Jamie White (No. 308), Corey Ladd, and Matt Spicher (Treehouse). The casual exotic hideout will be located in a converted mid-century garage at 1008 Gallatin Avenue near Pepperfire. Construction is currently underway, but a potential opening date hasn’t been released.
