One of Nashville’s most highly acclaimed food trucks — The Grilled Cheeserie — now has a stationary location in Hillsboro Village called The Grilled Cheeserie Gourmet Melt Shop. The Melt Shop officially opened on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 2003 Belcourt Avenue near CabanaThe Grilled Cheeserie is the creation of husband and wife team Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan. Nashville Guru got a look inside the new space.

The Interior

The Grilled Cheeserie’s diner-like interior features their signature black, white and yellow color palette. There’s a milkshake bar, picnic tables, and plenty of other seating for casual in-and-out dining. This is one of those spots where you can come as you are and not feel out of place, whether you’re in a suit or yoga pants.

The Exterior

Grilled Cheeserie is located just down the street from Pancake Pantry and on the same block as Jackson’s. If you’ve ever seen the Grilled Cheeserie truck, you’ll immediately recognize the black and white awning.

The Menu

The Grilled Cheeserie obviously centers their cuisine around incredibly good grilled cheese sandwiches. You can build your own or choose from their specialty sandwiches like the B&B of Tennessee or The French Onion. They also serve a selection of snacks, salads, and soups. Cookie melts, old-fashioned floats, milkshakes, and craft sodas are just a handful of tasty options on the treat and beverage side. See the full menu.
