Vui’s Kitchen is the latest concept from Vui and John Hunt, the founders of Juice Bar. Vui’s Kitchen will feature fresh and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, including popular menu items like pho noodle soup and banh mi sandwiches. They will open to the public on Thursday, May 26th. Vui’s Kitchen: Interior
Vui’s Kitchen is cozy and comfortable, with space for approximately 30 inside. Dark wooden tables and white chairs fill the main room. The decor is clean and contemporary, including thoughtful artwork specifically designed for Vui’s Kitchen.
Vui’s Kitchen: Exterior
There are two patios, including one in the front and one in the back. There are seats for 10 on each patio. The back patio is surrounded by a dark fence providing privacy.
Vui’s Kitchen: Menu
The menu will feature many of Vui’s favorites from her upbringing in Vietnam. All of the dishes use whole food, fresh, non-fried, MSG-free ingredients. Bottled beer and natural soda will also be available.
