Graze

Graze, a plant-based bistro and bar, is opening in the former Silly Goose location on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. The East Nashville concept comes from the key players at The Wild Cow, including Melanie Cochran, John Cochran, Nick Davis and Callie Foley. Nashville Guru got a look inside the new space.

Graze is situated around the corner from The Wild Cow. The room is cozy and casual with seats for approximately 40 people. There are tables and bar seating along the window. Graze is suitable for a morning juice or after-work dinner and drinks. “We want Graze to have a neighborhood vibe, which is why we added the bar seating,” says Davis.

Graze’s Menu

The menu is plant-based, which means the food is void of animal by-products including dairy, eggs, and meat. It’s one of the few restaurants in Nashville with strictly plant-based cuisine. Options will include juices, smoothies and a variety of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be served all day every day.

Graze will also have a full bar, including beer, wine and cocktails. Happy hour specials are in the works, too.
