Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a must-try hobby, especially in areas like Nashville where there are many lakes and rivers. The sport is fairly easy, good exercise, and, most importantly, fun. Here is Nashville Guru’s guide to the top SUP companies and locations in the Nashville area.

Kelley-
There’s also Big Willie’s Action Sports, who do a great tour from East Nashville to Downtown’s Riverfront Park. It’s all downstream so it’s great for beginners and experienced riders, alike. As a downtown resident, I’d have to say it’s the best option for downtown residents and visitors of Nashville. They even provide transportation to/from the boat launch. Great information in this article! Thanks for sharing.
