The Perch, which has two other locations in Brentwood and Green Hills, opened their third location in Downtown Nashville on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. The Perch is best known for its coffee, crepes, omelettes, and Belgian waffles. The new downtown location is on the first floor of the building at 300 James Robertson Parkway. The first hour of parking is free in the adjacent parking lot.
