Rumours Wine Bar in the Gulch is now closed. Before moving to the Gulch, Rumours Wine Bar operated in the 12 South neighborhood for seven years. They moved to the Gulch in early February 2013 and the new location proved to be a challenge for the business, according to their Facebook post about the closing.

“We would like to thank everyone who supported us over the last year and a half.” said Doherty-McCarthy.

We at Nashville Guru are sad to see this wonderful restaurant and bar say goodbye. We thought it brought such a local, unique touch to the Gulch.
