Midtown Café will be honoring Julia Child’s August 15th birthday with French-inspired menus from Monday, July 21st through Sunday, August 17th. There will be lunch and dinner menus inspired by Julia Child. Join them at some point over the next four weeks to celebrate the impact Julia Child made on the culinary world.
Dishes will include:
- Canard a l’Orange
- Salade Nicoise
- Trout Almondine
- Vol Au Vent
- Apple Tarte Tatin
A percentage of the sales from Midtown Café’s special Julia Child menus will go to a scholarship fund at Nashville State Community College’s Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts.
