The Bee Charmer officially opened on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood. This locally owned and operated shop specializes in honey tasting experiences and exceptional artisan-quality products. The 900-square-foot shop is bright, warm, and inviting, with eye-catching design elements throughout. At the center of the space is a honey tasting bar where shoppers can sample a dozen varieties of honey, each with its own unique flavor and character. Some of the shop’s best-selling honey options include Sourwood Honey (buttery, caramelly, and smooth), Tupelo Honey (light, floral, and citrusy), and Firecracker Hot Honey (spicy and flavorful).
