9to5K Run & Walk, a Dolly Parton-inspired running and walking event benefiting United Way of Greater Nashville and Imagination Library of Middle Tennessee, kicks off on Saturday, September 5, 2026, starting at 8:00am in Downtown Nashville. The inaugural event from Run Nash brings rhinestones, big hair, and over-the-top entertainment to a brand-new 5K course through the heart of the city, along with a 1-mile option for all ages and abilities. Fun add-ons include the Dolly Dash kids run, a Stiletto Dash, a costume contest, and themed photo opportunities. Participants are encouraged to dress in rhinestones, business suits, or full Dolly-inspired glam. All 5K and Stiletto Dash finishers will receive a medal and a participant tee. The 5K is $50 and the Stiletto Dash is $20 to enter. Optional donations during registration support Imagination Library’s mission of delivering free monthly books to children from birth to age five across Middle Tennessee. All ages are welcome.
