The Eastpoint Neighborhood Kickoff Party is Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at 501 South Second Street. The Fallon Company is hosting a free, family-friendly groundbreaking celebration for Eastpoint, a new riverfront neighborhood on the East Bank focused on building a people-first community. The official groundbreaking ceremony starts at 10:15am. Stop by to celebrate the construction of the new 30-acre, mixed-use district. The event is free and open to the public.
