The Interior

Nashville Performance Club’s 5,000-square-foot space is thoughtfully designed to support both training and recovery. The facility features multi-functional strength stations equipped with premier Eleiko gear, allowing for more precise coaching in a group setting. The layout prioritizes movement and efficiency, with dedicated areas for strength work, mobility, and recovery. Members can also utilize three cold plunges and a traditional sauna, making recovery an integrated part of the overall experience. The locker rooms are also designed to perfection, providing a spa-like atmosphere you rarely find at a gym.

The Training

NPC offers four signature training sessions designed to support a well-rounded fitness routine. Perform focuses on strength and conditioning, while Flow emphasizes mobility and movement. Restore is centered on guided recovery, and Play delivers a high-energy, community-driven workout. In addition to scheduled sessions, members can take advantage of open gym and open recovery access for added flexibility.

A key differentiator at NPC is its personalized coaching approach. With a maximum 1-to-15 coach-to-member ratio, participants receive hands-on guidance throughout each session. Every membership begins with a comprehensive performance assessment and one-on-one consultation to establish goals and benchmarks. Members are then paired with a dedicated coach through NPC’s Coach Cohort model, ensuring ongoing support and accountability.

As an official HYROX Training Club, NPC also offers race-aligned programming and competition-standard equipment like the Eleiko double-half performance racks, which feature cables, jammer arms, and adjustable pull-up handles. Monthly skills workshops provide opportunities to refine techniques, from Olympic lifting fundamentals to advanced movement work like handstands and inversions.

The Exterior

Nashville Performance Club took over the space previously home to Friedman’s, located right off 440 and just minutes from Vanderbilt University and surrounding shops and restaurants in Hillsboro Village. The convenient location makes it an easy stop for both neighborhood residents and those commuting from nearby areas. Onsite parking is also available.
