The Chef Sheldon Simeon Book Signing at Stateside Kitchen will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Stateside Kitchen (located at Dream Hotel Nashville). This event will celebrate the release of Chef Sheldon Simeon’s new cookbook, Ohana Style, which features more than 100 approachable recipes inspired by Hawai‘i’s culinary traditions. Tickets are $75 per person and include a signed copy of the cookbook, two chef-curated bites, one signature cocktail, a meet-and-greet with Chef Simeon Sheldon, and two hours of complimentary valet parking. Attendees will also receive a 10% discount when dining at Stateside Kitchen or Parlour Bar the same evening.
