Ocean Prime officially opens on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Nashville Yards in Downtown Nashville. This upscale seafood and steak restaurant, part of the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants group, is known for its daily flown-in seafood, prime steaks, made-from-scratch kitchen, refined wine and spirits program, and elevated hospitality. With locations across California, Massachusetts, Illinois, Ohio, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and Arizona, each Ocean Prime is uniquely designed to reflect the energy and elegance of each city. Lunch service will be offered Monday through Friday and dinner service will be offered nightly. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Ocean Prime spans approximately 10,000 square feet and features a front dining room, a bar area with both tabletop seating and booths, a rear dining room, and two private dining spaces that can accommodate 8-12 guests or 35-45 guests. The interior showcases rich color tones, warm lighting, leather accents, and lush greenery, along with guitar-inspired elements lining the upper walls of the bar area. Distinctive details such as crushed velvet curtains, fringe tassels, and a see-through wine bottle display further enhance the restaurant’s elevated and immersive atmosphere.

The Exterior

When the weather permits, enjoy a meal or drinks on one of Ocean Prime’s two spacious covered patios. Convenient, reduced-rate parking is available for a limited time in select Nashville Yards garages. Nearby businesses include Earls, ICONIX Fitness, Fogo de Chão, and Sweet Paris.

The Menu

Ocean Prime features an impressive menu of fresh seafood, prime steaks, delicious starters, sushi, signature entrees, creative cocktails, and award-winning wine. Food menu highlights include the King Crab Beef Carpaccio (horseradish aioli, egg yolk, seasoned cracker), the Dynamite Roll (tempura shrimp, spicy mayo, sesame seeds), the Chilean Sea Bass (broccolini, pearl onion, potato puree, truffle vinaigrette), and the Ten Layer Carrot Cake (cream cheese icing, pineapple syrup). For drinks, the Martinez Martini (“Another” Hendrick’s Gin, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Angostura Orange Bitters) and the Espresso Martini (Ketel One Vodka, Luxardo Espresso Liqueur, espresso, served black or with cream) come highly recommended.
