Marathon Pilates, one of Nashville’s long-standing Pilates studios originally located in 12 South, officially relocated to West Nashville’s Charlotte Park neighborhood in July of 2025. Marathon Pilates also has an exclusively-private studio in Green Hills. In addition to group and private Pilates classes, the Charlotte Park location also offers contrast therapy with cold plunge and infrared sauna, a private Pilates studio for 1:1 instruction, and a treatment room offering Neveskin Face and Body treatments. The Interior
Marathon Pilates’ space in West Nashville is welcoming and bright with natural light, touches of greenery, and multiple wellness spaces. Participate in a group Pilates class, get a one-on-one session in the expansive private studio, or enjoy the infrared saunas and cold plunge for the ultimate contrast therapy experience. Be sure to pick up some merch in the lobby’s boutique.
The Experience
Whether you’re looking for group reformer Pilates or private Pilates training, Marathon Pilates offers both. The group classes are limited to eight reformers, and classes range from beginner to level two. They have group classes that focus on specific muscle groups. Private appointments are also offered in a one-on-one setting.
The Charlotte Park location also has contrast therapy with one room setup with a cold plunge and two-person sauna. There is also a four-person group sauna room.
