Lola’s European Cafe delivers a hint of Italy in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood, offering house-made gelato, shareable plates, and creative cocktails. Nashville marks the second location for the concept, which originated in Asbury Park, New Jersey. This charming spot opened in Nashville in April of 2025, starting with their house-made gelato, coffee, and lunch. Now, you can also enjoy the space for cocktails, making it a convenient destination before or after an evening Downtown. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.
The Interior
Lola’s interior feels like an intimate European hideaway with warm tones, arched walkways, and high ceilings. There’s a central bar with seating for 16 guests, plus two-top tables and a corner table for large groups in the back.
The Exterior
Lola’s is situated under The Nashville Sign and next to One Garage at 1616 Broadway. There’s on-site parking, making it an easy stop to and from Downtown. Enjoy drinks on the covered patio, which has a community table, lounge seating, and hightop tables.
The Menu
Lola’s is open early to late every day, starting early with coffee and ending late with cocktails.
They recently launched their cocktail program, with standout options like their Espresso Martini and gelato-infused cocktails. They have a full bar, offering everything from classic cocktails to Italian wines and beers.
On the food side, popular items include cheese boards, paninis, fresh mozzarella, and Italian tuna.
End the meal with a scoop (or two) of gelato, which their team perfected with the help of Gianluigi Dellaccio, a world-renowned gelato maker from Naples.
