
Chef Dinner: Family Meal is Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 6:00pm at Mimo, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Chef Derek Simick and the Mimo culinary crew are teaming up with guest chef Byron Gomez for a one-night-only dining event that blends storytelling, culture, and seriously bold flavors.
The evening kicks off with a lively cocktail reception featuring a handcrafted signature cocktail from Head Mixologist Alexandre Renoue, paired with passed bites and the smooth sounds of a live vinyl DJ.
Then it’s time to gather ’round the table for a four-course, family-style feast. Each dish dives into the chefs’ personal backgrounds and culinary roots, creating a meal that’s as meaningful as it is delicious.
