A Look Inside: Denim

Denim, situated on the 21st floor of The Joseph in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood, reopened for the season on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. This cozy rooftop bar features a newly transformed interior with a fresh, reimagined menu. Denim is officially launching rooftop season with a special event, Rooftop Revival, on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Attendees can expect an evening of great views, music, and fun experiences. The first 100 people to RSVP will receive a complimentary welcome drink. This event will have passed appetizers, Hampton Water sparkling rosé tastings, a HALO photobooth, a live DJ, and custom Denim swag by Ranger Stitch. Denim is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00am to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 1:00am. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Denim’s stylish interior features new plush lounge-inspired couches, low tables, and rich leather accents. Above the bar, there’s an art display showcasing different intricate layers of denim washes. This refined, intimate space offers the perfect retreat for locals and tourists looking to unwind in effortless luxury.

The Menu

Denim’s refreshed food and beverage menu offers an elevated array of culinary delights and creative cocktails. The dishes pictured here are the Charcuterie Plate (local cured meats, artisan cheeses, house focaccia, traditional accompaniments), Yellowtail Crudo (grapefruit, ponzu, chili), Strawberries and Burrata (arugula, basil, pistachio, Minus 8 Vinaigrette, strawberry jus), Steak Tartare (New York Prime Strip, pecorino, Tom Cat Sourdough), Dutch Croquettes (braised short rib, house mustard, pickled vegetables), and Cherry-Almond Torte (almond frangipane cake, yogurt whip, cherry-rum compote). For cocktails, It’s Lovely (ALB Vodka, Tennessee Tea, hibiscus, elderflower, lemon, cranberry), BNA to CTA (Aviation Gin, Italicus, select aperitivo, earl grey, lemon oil, lime leaf), and Frosé (rosé, rose tea, Jasmine, butterfly pea flower tea) come highly recommended.
