The Interior
The interior of The Gilmore, designed by a local design studio Design Object, blends modern style with Southern charm and a bit of Mediterranean influence. Guests can choose from one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites. Each room has a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
The Exterior
Located in the heart of 12 South, The Gilmore is just steps away from popular spots like Frothy Monkey, Urban Grub, and bartaco. When weather permits, guests can relax in the peaceful interior courtyard or take in the views from the rooftop patio. Three retail spaces will soon be open on the ground floor. Paid parking is available in the underground parking garage.
