Chefs Sophina Uong of Little Miss Mao and Adam Lathan of The Gumbo Bros are teaming up with Skinny Dennis for a bold, flavor-packed Southern-Asian mashup! The Little Miss Mao x Gumbo Bros: Cambodian Crawfish Boil is taking place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Skinny Dennis. This event will begin at 2:00pm and continue until everything sells out. For just $25, the menu will feature two pounds of Louisiana crawfish, boiled Cajun-style and drenched in a fiery Khmer lemongrass curry. The meal will also be served with corn and potatoes. Guests can purchase tickets at Little Miss Mao’s station and then head over to The Gumbo Bros’ tent to pick up their crawfish feast.
