SWEAT440 is opening in the Gulch neighborhood on Saturday, March 30, 2024. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout experience offers 40-minute classes that include four 10-minute stations. After each station is complete, a new group can start a new class, therefore you’re technically never late! SWEAT440 is also introducing cold plunging to the studio! The Interior
SWEAT440 Gulch features a spacious open concept with four different stations. Each station has a TV situated above, counting down the clock. Throughout the class, participants use a variety of equipment including sleds, rowers, assault bikes, and free weights. Lockers are situated in the front of the studio for members to store their belongings while working out.
The Exterior
SWEAT440 Gulch is situated in the Capitol View area of the Gulch neighborhood. Free and paid street parking is available nearby and around the studio.
The Workout
No matter what level you’re at with working out, the classes at SWEAT440 are designed to work for beginners and experts. Every class lasts 40 minutes and is broken down into four different 10-minute stations. At each station, there will be three exercises performed for three rounds, which include HIIT cardio, cross-training, and strength training. Participants can expect to burn up to 800 calories per workout. There are classes offered seven days a week with specific daily focuses.
