Prepare to embark on a sensational journey into the world of libations during the annual Science of Spirits on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm at Adventure Science Center. Expect an adults-only tasting event offering an array of spirits, specialty cocktails, mocktails, wines, and brews. Guests can also experience all of the exhibits and shows in the Sudekum Planetarium. Tickets are $70+ for general admission and $40+ for designated drivers. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
