Mimo Restaurant and Bar from Michelin-starred Chef Aniello “Nello” Turco officially opened at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville on November 1, 2022. The elevated Southern Italian concept offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch with local Southern influences. Mimo’s world-class bar program led by General Manager, Molly Allen, pays homage to classic Italian cocktails while honoring spirits of Tennessee. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.
The Interior
Mimo is located on the first floor of the Four Seasons across from Ascend Amphitheater, making this a prime destination for concertgoers. The modern space features a main bar area, various booth and table options, a lounge space, an open kitchen, and a private dining room.
The Menu
Mimo’s extensive menu has options for every meal of the day. From Mimo’s Caviar Linguine to the Mimo Smash Burger to Fried Chicken and Waffles, there’s a variety of flavors for almost any palate. Be sure to end any meal with one of the incredible desserts, like Autumn in Nashville (Orange Mango Mousse, Local Cherry Beer Sorbet, Vanilla Cream Leaves).
The beverage program doesn’t disappoint either. The Howdy Bella is a standout, which is topped with seasonal sorbet. There are also numerous beers on draft and a couple of “Zero Proof” cocktails, too.
