Scout’s Pub, the modern Southern gastropub out of Franklin, opened its second location in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. The concept comes from A. Marshall Hospitality, the team behind over 10 family-owned restaurants, including Puckett’s and Deacon’s New South. Scout’s Pub Midtown took over the space previously occupied by Louie’s Wine Dive in the retail section of Skyhouse. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Scout’s Pub offers seating for up to 150 guests, including a private dining section, a main dining room, and a central bar. The space features a high ceiling, numerous four-top tables, and natural light. Scout’s logo (a silhouette of the Marshall family dog) is painted along the wood-paneled wall leading to the upstairs dining section.

The Exterior

When the weather is nice, guests can enjoy the exterior patio along Broadway in Midtown, which has seating for up to 24 guests.

The Menu

Scout’s Pub emphasizes a superior bar experience. From local draft beer to hand-crafted cocktails to a premium wine selection, no beverage is left behind. Stop by during happy hour from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday for $5 wells, $4 non-seasonal pints, $6 six-ounce A. Marshall Wines, and select half-price starters.

The food menu blends Southern cuisine with European gastropub influences. Options range from sandwiches like the Bourbonyaki Wrap (bourbon-marinated grilled chicken, caramelized onions, mushrooms, arugula, goat cheese, wontons) to burgers to pizzas.
