The annual Fatherland Fest is on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm at the corner of Fatherland and 11th Street in East Nashville (map/directions). Thousands will gather during this annual street fair to raise funds and awareness for the Music City PrEP Clinic.
The event kicks off at 4:00pm and includes live entertainment from BETTY WHO, Zee Machine, DJ Housequake, Ryan Allen Gray, and the Music City PrEP Clinic Drag Nurses. Along with this incredible lineup, there will also be street food vendors, handcrafted cocktails, artisanal vendors, and more.
This event is free and open to the public—admission is 18 and over only.
