Boqueria, a Barcelona-inspired tapas bar, officially opened on Monday, February 21, 2022, at the Fifth + Broadway development across from the historic Ryman Auditorium. The concept currently has seven other locations in Washington D.C., Chicago, and New York. Guests can expect a buzzy atmosphere, classic Spanish dishes, and custom-crafted cocktails. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Diners can enjoy the sights and smells from the large open kitchen in Boqueria’s spacious dining room. There’s a variety seating for up to 150 guests, including large communal tables, a white marble bar, and numerous four- and two-top tables.

The Exterior

Boqueria’s outdoor patio provides views of the Ryman and the Batman building.  Parking is available in the Fifth and Broadway parking garage, which Boqueria will validate for up to one hour for dine-in guests.

The Menu

The menu at Boqueria includes a wide range of Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on tapas. There are two prix-fixe chef’s menus available, allowing guests to sample a variety of dishes served family-style.

The popular brunch menu is available Friday through Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. It includes options like Torrija (caramelized French toast with citrus honey), Huevos Con Chorizo (chorizo, two fried eggs, patatas bravas, salsa verde), and Catalan Farmer’s Breakfast (chorizo, hanger steak, “Patata Caliu”, escalivada, fried egg, pan con tomate, salsa verde allioli). If you’ll be drinking brunch cocktails, take advantage of the Free-Flow Beverages—these include unlimited sangria, mimosas, select beer, Bloody Mary’s, or cava for 90 minutes!
