Sonny’s Patio Pub & Refuge officially opened Thursday, September 24, 2020, in Nashville’s historic Germantown. The concept took over the space previously occupied by Smokehouse on Sixth. Guests can expect elevated pub food, weekly drink specials, and heated outdoor cabanas! Nashville Guru stopped by to take a look inside the revamped neighborhood hangout.


The Interior

The interior features large open-air seating, bar games galore, and multiple flatscreen TVs. It’s a perfect space to watch sports and a enjoy a delicious meal. Make sure to bring your pups—Sonny’s is dog-friendly!


The Exterior

Sonny’s is situated in a renovated historic building. The exterior patio includes spacious cabanas with individual TVs, fire pits, and heaters. Sonny’s offers a variety of outdoor games like giant Jenga and Checkers that make for a fun game night with friends!


The Menu

At Sonny’s guests can expect “good mood food” and power-packed drinks. The menu features a variety of tasty plates like the kale caesar topped with salmon, mesquite smoked wings, and the waffle mac-n-cheese! Complete any meal with a refreshing beverage. We recommend their patio pub margarita and tequila tiki tango. If you want to sample a few drinks, try their flowing flights—mimosa flights, beer flights, and margarita flights!
