Radish Kitchen officially opened Wednesday, August 5, 2020, in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood. The fast-casual food concept is situated at Sylvan Supply, Charlotte Avenue’s latest office, retail, and dining space. Amanda Fredrickson, chef and cookbook author, created Radish Kitchen to share her love of fresh, delicious, and healthy food with the Nashville community. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.
Radish Kitchen’s bright and spacious interior features a variety of seating options and colorful design. The restaurant was designed by Dryden Architecture and Design and Lauren Bradshaw.
Radish Kitchen shares a common outdoor space with fellow Sylvan Supply businesses. Customers can enjoy their meal at any of the outdoor tables. Free parking is available.
Radish Kitchen’s menu features fast-casual healthy dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients. Their signature menu items include crowd favorites like the Falafel Fattoush and the Hot and Crispy—chef Amanda’s take on Nashville Hot Chicken! Any signature meal can be made into a salad, bowl, or wrap. Complete your dining experience with some refreshing frozen yogurt. See the full menu.
