The East Side Bánh Mì Pop-Up at Jackalope will take place on select Saturdays from June 20, 2020, to July 18, 2020, at The Ranch at Jackalope Brewing Company. Guests can expect Vietnamense-style bánh mì sandwiches like the Impossible (“Xiu Mai” impossible meatballs, roasted & smashed) and The No. 1 (ham hock terrine, pate, and smoked bologna by Gifford’s Smoked Meats). Customers can pre-order from their menu here at noon on Friday, July 10 & 17, 2020. These pop-ups will give a little taste of what East Side Bánh Mì has to offer ahead of their East Nashville restaurant opening in August!
