A Look Inside: E3 Chophouse Nashville

E3 Chophouse Nashville officially opened Friday, November 1, 2019, in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood. This high-end, ranch-to-table restaurant serves beef from the E3 Family ranch located in Fort Scott, Kansas, as well as, other E3-certified ranches. The E3 Ranch raises all-natural E3 Angus cattle with no antibiotics, steroids, or added hormones. The concept has one other location in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, which was created by brothers Adam, Andy, and Jeff LaRoche in 2013. The Nashville location is owned by the families of Adam LaRoche, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan. Nashville Guru stopped by to get the look inside.


The Interior

This three-story, 13,000-square-foot restaurant features a spacious dining area, private dining rooms, and a first-floor waiting lounge and bar. Details of the E3 Ranch and Colorado restaurant are reflected in the Nashville location through elements like the mushroom wood paneling, gondola cables on the staircase, and murals created by local artists.


The Exterior

Head to the third floor and enjoy the heated rooftop which includes a full-service bar, a specialized food menu, comfortable seating, and a fire pit.


The Menu

E3 Chophouse Nashville focuses on serving all-natural, antibiotic- and hormone-free beef. All steaks are hand cut in-house and made to order. The menu also features sharable starters, table side prepared dishes, and tasty desserts. Pair your meal with one of the 40+ wines available by the glass.
